Everyone loves Castlevania songs! But which one is the best?

I think Castlevania 3 has the strongest soundtrack (including SotN), and for me the highlight is the Beginning. It´s got everything I like about CV songs. Although it´s only 50 seconds long, there´s something epic about it (especially paired with the Opening). In those few seconds, it combines  rising and falling scales, tempo changes, dramatic melodies and beat enough to last for a whole symphony! And most importantly: the Beginning captures the mood of Castlevania perfectly!

The Beginning is the kind of song that can keep looping for hours, and I still don´t get tired of it...

I haven't heard all Castlevania songs (like Symphony of the Night and Circle of the Moon stuff) but spontaneously I have to say Castlevania 4, 1st level. It's happy and sad at the same time and has a beautiful melody.

I love the old melodys like Vampire Killer or Heart of Fire A LOT.

But the new games have some awesome stuff as well...
Like, Circle of The Moon has this Catacombs stuff, which is awesome...
Aria of Sorrow has the Castle Corridor and the Arena music,
And Dawn of Sorrow...
has the village theme.

In comparision, I think Aria of Sorrow OST > Dawn of Sorrow OST, but that is a close one.

I don't ever want to see you
doing all the same things as me
don't ever let this be you
knowing what it is that drives me

"Simon´s theme" and "Bloody Tears", no doubt.

Hold Person: Paralyzes one humanoid for 1 round/level.
